Job Description

Daily Legal Tasks, Such as draft and/or review contracts and provide professional legal advice

Responsible for solve and communicate with external legal firm to deal with disputes, arbitration and litigation of legal matters

Provide training to employee regarding Legal knowledge and compliance related matters

Establish management process and ensure efficiency on implementation

Liaise with group legal department, responsible for Compliance/Risk management

Qualification

Holding bachelor degree (or above) majoring in law.

Fluent in both oral and written english (at least CET 6)

Good communicaton and cooperation skills and able to work in a multicultural / multinational environment

With 3~5 years' relevant experience in a foreign or local law firm or multinational company.

Proficient in MS office

Logical mind, organized, strong communication and strong ability to solve problems

Excellent personality, initiative, strong responsibility and team worker
