Help shape the future of company digital. Our mission is to establish a sophisticated and digital based consumer line business model in China market. To fulfill this mission, we are looking for a self-driven, customer-obsessed and analytical digital marketer to design and build Chubb digital business in China, through partner and owned digital platform; You will be reporting to Head of digital marketing in China and be part of Chubb digital global team. You’ll have an eye for compelling marketing, an aptitude for data-analysis, and a passion for continuous content testing. You will hold a high bar for the measurement of your work and will define success metrics, measurement methods and reporting processes for your efforts. You will learn from and share best practices across the world for digital marketing and analysis, and be the key member to drive digital development in fast developing Chinese marketing.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

1.Creating and scheduling Chubb marketing campaigns across partner sites, white label sites, own digital asserts including website, social media and campaign sites. Campaigns will include new content launches, promotional events and Prime signup messaging.

2.Analyzing data to identify customer segmentation strategies to utilize when marketing content.

3.Partnering with marketing and content acquisition colleagues to craft and execute content launches.

4.Optimizing campaigns, messaging and navigation through frequent testing and data analysis, documenting the results and sharing best practices.

5.Contributing to the development and testing of new customer-facing product features.

6.Identifying opportunities for content efficiency and automation and working cross-functionally on implementation.

7.Work closely with IT team to establish and develop Chubb China’s digital capability.

Basic Qualifications

1.BA/BS required

2.4+ years relevant work experience in roles requiring data analysis, process improvements, creative problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

3.Excellent verbal and written communication skills

4.Demonstrated experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

5.Ability to conceptualize and execute projects, with strong bias for action and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

6.Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

7.Experience writing customer-facing content that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to online customers.

Preferred Qualifications

1.Experience managing large amounts of data.

2.Ability to analyze data quantitatively and use to back up assumptions, identify opportunities, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.

3.Understanding and use of web metrics to measure performance.

4.XML/HTML skills: no need to hand-code, but you can troubleshoot.

5.Comfortable with a varied set of software and editing tools. Ability to learn new tools quickly.
